Chapter President
Duties: Overseeing, making final decisions, and delegating an accountable committee of passionate volunteers while planning for and running weekly in person meetings and implementing timelines to ensure everything is completed on time from headquarters for 2 events over the course of one year to bring comedians together for sisterhood.
Ideal candidate: is an expert and guru in many arenas - a born leader with a wealth of experiences who is able to wear many hats and goes the extra mile to get things done. The president has expert people skills, loves being in front of a crowd, is full of charisma, has a passion for event planning and gender parity; an outgoing and personable “type a” personality who loves visions and making them happen through details and deadlines
Head Of Marketing/Press
Duties: Researching, marketing, and attracting target demographics/audiences to ensure RSVP goals are reached, creating or securing volunteer marketing material designs for approval, attracting press to cover events, and posting to social media within required deadlines
Ideal candidate: is an expert and guru in marketing; an expert connector who knows how to find people who support our mission and people who want to put a megaphone to our mission and events
Head Of Volunteer Recruitment
Duties: Sourcing, interviewing, recruiting, and securing volunteers for empty committee roles, “day of” event volunteer needs, volunteer performers, volunteer speakers, and any other needed volunteer roles
Ideal candidate: is an expert and guru in people; a background in human resources, hiring, training, educating, and a fondness for the detail of individuals who can recruit the best volunteers to carry out our mission
