"Va-Jam" Sexy, Sexist, Or Sexual Objectification? All Female Improv Groups and Comedy Show

Women's vaginas, body parts, and sexuality seem to be the headliner of many comedy stages these days. In Chicago we have the "Va-Jam" at iO - an all female improv jam, in LA we see an all female lineup at the next stage theater and this poster with the phrase "The Power Of The Puss" with dollar signs on the S's.

So, the question I pose today - are these names sexy, sexist, or sexually objectifying us as women in the comedy industry? Why do we see a trend in these types of names, why are we naming ourselves with body parts and sex, and why do many feel the need to draw attention to our vaginas, boobs, butts, and sexuality when we title our groups and shows? Is it empowering? Is it to get attention? Is it to reduce ourselves to a compartmentalized body part the same way mass media has done for decades?

To illustrate my point - here is a small list of sex themed/body part themed shows/groups based on the lineup of the Chicago Women's Funny Festival 2015:

Big Butt Girls And Other Fantasies/The Remix

Dat Bass

Di and Dan Have Sex

Double A/Double D

Fa'China

Just The Tip

Peaches N' Cream Royaltease Stacked Sweet Tease Three Way Kiss

How often do we see male or even co-ed teams calling themselves things like "Dick Squad" or "Balls on a Hot Tin Roof" or "1-900 Dial a Dick"? While, yes, the topic of dicks come up in the scene work again and again - I haven't seen much of team titling or show titles around men's dicks and butts and ability to be sexy - but I'd be curious to hear if you have and what your thoughts are about all female group and show names.
